Officer Corps

The Officers of the Association shall be a President, First Vice President, Second Vice-President, Third Vice-President, and Honorary Treasurer.
Candidates seeking election to be Officers shall be members, Retired Members of the Association in good financial standing and shall be chosen from among members who have served on the General Council for at least two (2) years or on the Executive Committee for at least one (1) year.
Officers shall be elected for a period of two (2) years, by secret ballot at the Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting called for the purpose, provided that all members of the Officer Corps shall not retire at the same time. The Regulations for the election of officers shall be made by the General Council and approved by a Special General Meeting.
