Annual General Meeting
The Association's Annual General Meeting was held on May 25 - 26, 2023 at the newly refurbished auditorium at JACISERA Park.
The 104th Annual General Meeting of the Jamaica Civil Service Association (JCSA) was held over the period 25-05-2023 to 25-05-2023, under the theme “Persistent and Consistent, Advocating for the Worker: Moving from Surviving to Thriving”.
As is customary, the JCSA notes the usual cooperation in affording members, particularly our Departmental Representatives/Contact Persons, the necessary time-off to treat with activities associated with this annual event.

All these activities are integral to the Association’s legitimacy and effectiveness and we are anticipating your continued cooperation and participation that will, no doubt contribute to the enrichment of our procedures.

Our activities included:
- The Opening Ceremony on 25-05-2023, at JACISERA Park, 31 Molynes Road, Kingston 10, commencing at 3:00 p.m.
- The Business Session was held at JACISERA Park on 26-05-2023. The session was open to all, to attend as a member or as an observer.
- Our Annual General Council Retreat was also held during the period June 8-9, 2023. The Retreat is geared towards developing the plan of action for the ensuing year and to facilitate the training of our Departmental Representatives.
All these activities are integral to the Association’s legitimacy and effectiveness and we are anticipating your continued cooperation and participation that will, no doubt contribute to the enrichment of our procedures.
